Terms and Conditions
1. 50% deposit required to confirm reservation.
2. Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards a future
trip.
3. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to departure and is non-refundable
but may be used towards a future trip. (Must be used within one
year from date of receipt).
4. Travel Insurance is mandatory for your safety.
5 . Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions stated on this site.
Padang Padang Surf Camp will not be held responsible for injury,
death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising
from travel misfortunes or surfing accidents.
In Bali cars are usually rented without insurance - if you rent
a car from Padang Padang Surf Camp you are responsible for any
accidental damage.
Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer only. We accept
payment in US$, AUS$, Euro, JPY, GBP£ and Indonesian Rupiah.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a trip must be made within 60 days of your departure
date. In the event of a medical related cancellation a supporting
medical certificate from a registered & accepted INTERNATIONAL
MEDICAL CLINIC must be presented at which time a letter of confirmation
will be generated confirming cancellation that may be used to
present to your TRAVEL INSURANCE company. Padang Padang Surf Camp
do not assume responsibility for a partial or full refund resulting
from a medical cancellation. In addition, there are no refunds
given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or
local political situation that does not directly pose a threat
to the safe operations of Padang Padang Surf Camp.
Documents
1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date
of departure.
2. If applicable, a valid visa is required for travel & we
suggest ALL guests traveling to Indonesia confirm current visa
requirements before departure.
3. To drive in Bali you need an IDP (International driving permit).
Apply for IDP in your country before you arrive if you plan to
drive a car or motorbike.
Surf guiding
Surf guiding means we will take you to the surf spot i.e. transport
you to the best surf spot in the locality depending on your ability
and preference. We will also provide information regarding tides,
winds, rips and access to/from the break. Surf guiding
is only suitable for experienced surfers and does not
include any supervision services of surfers - you
will be expected to be able to surf independently.
If you require assistance with surfing, and/or supervision in
the water, then surf lessons will be more applicable
to your requirements.
