How Much Does Surf Guiding Cost?
Surf guiding costs only £12 a day per person without surfboard rental or £20 a day per person with surfboard rental if staying at Padang Padang Surf Camp.
If you are not staying with us, surf guiding is available for £37 per person per day for 2 sessions or £23 for 1 session (including surfboard rental).

The camp is not just for beginners though; although being probably the best place to learn and improve the basics it is also absolutely perfect for advanced surfers who will be taken out separately to the other groups and score the best waves of their lives with the essential local knowledge of the instructors; we’re talking beach breaks, reef, point breaks, barrels, 200m lefts, Uluwatu, Bingin, Impossibles, you name it you’ll surf it and with the locals with you, you aren’t getting out the water without having your fair share of waves!! It can’t be said enough that this camp is just as good for learners as it is for the more experienced surfer too.

In my time at the camp, I have seen them take us to over 15 different breaks to create the best possible experience under all different conditions. I love the variety of experiences… paddling out at Airport Right (well north, off the Denpasar airport runway, accessed by boat) one day, Uluwatu the next, Impossibles the next, and Green Bowl after that (well south.) We dodge crowds, dodge days of huge crowds clubbing each other for scarce waves, and keep it fresh. Maybe after a year’s study, I could replicate the judgment they’ve built – but would I want to do the work. I enjoy relaxing, letting them handle it, and watching things work out beautifully.
